A software development company in Dubai, with the work on the record

Nine systems built for clients, and one we own. A recruitment CRM carrying 20,000+ live leads. An AI-native ERP holding 2.9M+ attendance records for a workforce of roughly 8,000. A call-centre platform running 6+ verticals with the data kept apart. Each build below has its own page setting out the problem, what we wrote, and the stack it runs on.

The builds

Four are written up in full. The rest are listed with the outcome and the sector, which is the level of detail most of them were built under.

Our own product

LifeShift 360, and the AI gateway behind it

A workforce ERP holding 2.9M+ records

Attendance, VAT-compliant invoicing and WPS payroll export for roughly 8,000 workers, self-hosted on infrastructure the client owns.

Thirteen tools, no file ever uploaded

PDF and image tools running entirely in the browser, so confidential documents never reach a server at all.

One further engagement, a real-time compliance voice agent inside a regulated financial institution, is covered by terms that do not allow it to be described here.

What we cannot show you, and why

Client names are not on this site and will not be. Most of this work was done under terms that allow it to be described at sector and outcome level only, and one engagement in a regulated financial institution is not described here at all.

That is a real cost in a sales conversation, so we handle it a different way. Ask, and we will arrange a reference call with a client who has agreed to take one, under NDA. That is a better answer than a logo wall you cannot verify.

How we scope a build

We start by watching the process being done by the person who does it. Not a requirements workshop, the actual work, at your office. Most of what makes these systems fit comes out of that hour and not out of a specification document.

From there you get a written scope with the phases separated, so you can stop after the first one if it is not working. You own the code and the repository history at handover, and the servers are in an account in your name.

Want the same thing looked at in your business?

We map the process, find the part worth automating first, and give you a written scope with the phases separated. No obligation, and you keep the plan.
