What does a corporate training session actually look like?
A half-day workshop runs four hours. Hour one maps your current workflow on a whiteboard. Hour two builds the first automation live. Hour three has the team build their own version. Hour four covers failure modes, cost and what to do on Monday. Materials and a recording are included.

The team draws one workflow as it actually runs today, including the WhatsApp messages, the spreadsheet nobody admits to and the three manual re-entries. We mark where the time goes.

How is the training tailored to our own workflows?
Before the session I ask for three things: the process you want faster, a sample of the real data behind it, and the tools it currently runs through. The session is then built on those, so the examples on screen are your enquiry forms and your reports, not stock ones.
The prep takes me between four and twelve hours depending on how many systems are involved, and it is the reason a tailored workshop costs more than a generic one. Sample data can be redacted or synthetic if legal prefers, and can stay inside your network for the whole session. For regulated teams the material covers keeping records on infrastructure you own and working within the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, which is how the systems behind these sessions are built anyway.

Every format is delivered in person in Dubai or online, and every one includes materials and a recording. Three things move the number inside each range: group size, how much tailoring to your own systems is needed, and location. A briefing for eight people on generic material sits at the bottom of its range. A full-day workshop for 20, built on three of your live systems, outside Dubai, sits at the top. Travel outside the UAE is quoted separately, and everything is quoted in AED.
Why not use a corporate training institute instead?
A training institute gives you a certificate, a standard curriculum and a trainer who has not run the systems being taught. There is no accreditation here and no certificate. What you get instead is the person who builds these systems in production, teaching on your own workflows.

An executive briefing works for up to 30 people because it is presentation and discussion. A hands-on workshop is capped at 20 and works best at 6 to 12, because everybody builds something. A cohort programme runs at 8 to 15. Open-enrolment seats are sold individually.
Do you issue a certificate, and is the training accredited?
No. There is no accreditation, no KHDA approval and no certificate, and there is no training venue of our own. What your team leaves with is a working automation on your own tools, the session materials and a recording. If a certificate is what procurement needs, an institute is the better fit.
